📦 Damaged in Transit? Contact Us Immediately

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged:

  • 📸 Please send us clear photos of the item in its original packaging and once unwrapped

  • 🎥 A short video showing the packaging and damage is also very helpful

  • 🕐 Contact us immediately upon delivery so we can resolve the issue swiftly

We offer multiple delivery options to suit your timeline and location:

1. Standard Delivery (England & Wales) – £80

  • Man-and-van courier service

  • Includes live tracking and three time slots provided the day before delivery

  • Typical delivery time: 7–10 days

2. Express Delivery (England & Wales)

  • Ideal for urgent orders – as fast as next working day

  • Orders must be placed before 12 PM

  • Please call or message us with your postcode to confirm availability and pricing

3. International Delivery – Europe

  • Options include man-and-van courier service (3–4 weeks)

  • Need it sooner? We also offer air freight shipping

  • Please contact us before purchase for a custom quote

4. Worldwide Shipping – USA, Canada, Australia, etc.

  • We offer door-to-door or kerbside air freight delivery

  • Transit time: 2–3 days

  • All goods are professionally crated for protection

5. Sea Freight & Container Shipping

  • Delivery timeframe: 3–5 weeks

  • Choose from:

    • 📦 Delivery to your local port, where you arrange final delivery

    • 🚚 Or, let us manage full delivery to your address

  • Prices include customs clearance

  • No import duties on antiques

  • ⚠️ Buyers are responsible for any local taxes or handling charges

6. Customs & Tax Information (International Orders)

  • To clear customs, we will require:

    • Your EORI number (for UK & EU businesses)

    • Or your personal tax reference number

  • Please ensure we have your current mobile number so couriers can arrange delivery

  • Upon delivery, inspect the item thoroughly before signing and before the courier departs

  • If you have any concerns, please report them immediately
